‘From Entitled to Accountable’ Workshop

This free remote workshop arms small business owners with the 4 keys to change your thinking and operational systems away from employee entitlement and towards high performance team members.

Learn how to create time to focus on strategic priorities, and improve team member performance, even if your team is already made up of “entitled” employees.

Transforming “entitled” to “accountable”

while growing the business.

Why Accountable Teams are Critical to Growth:

You can’t scale your business with only one person making most of the decisions. There’s only one you. And if you’re feeling burnt out from putting out fires every day, how will you find the time to grow your business?

Businesses that lack accountable teams have a limit. Their success and their growth are capped by the way they operate.

If you want to grow your business beyond that limit, you will need to rely on a team to own their areas of the business and help funnel that accountability down throughout the business.

Without this, every question, decision, and plan will come to you. And you will max out on the growth potential of your business.

So how do you get out of this situation? What can you do when it all comes to you every day, even when it feels like you’ve tried everything to get others to own their areas as deeply as you do?

This workshop is for you if:

  • You are the owner and/or operator of a small business

  • You have between approx. 10 and 100 employees

  • You find yourself referring to some or many employees as ‘entitled’

  • It seems like some or many of your employees are interested in getting everything they can from your business but contribute only minimal effort back into the business

  • You feel ‘stuck’ with these minimal effort performers

  • You have little to no time to work on the business, with most of your time spent in it

  • You find yourself answering the same questions (or variations on of them) over and over

  • You don’t know how you will be able to grow the business if you’re already on the ‘critical path’ for everything at your current business size

  • You’re done with books and theories and want practical tools

This free, 1 hour virtual workshop will be limited to only a few attendees.
